chuck it all in a blender until you get a creamy consistency. we find best that if you cook them on the stovetop at a lower heat to make sure the middle gets done.
We have snuck these by even the pickiest of kids! We will make these 2x per week and have extras to throw the kids as on-the-go snacks or leftovers the next morning.
